Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds.

Review Books

Our review books are printed and shipped on demand. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Apparel (Shirts & Merchandise)

All apparel is also made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

That said—if your item arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at amandasnicued@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or another appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier, but we will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.
